Delivery

• Delivery is available to residential and business addresses throughout Australia.
• Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched where applicable.
• Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping service used.

Freight Charges

Shipping costs are calculated according to the product type, size and destination and are displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

Delivery Limitations

• Delivery is currently limited to mainland Australia and Tasmania. We do not ship to international destinations or offshore territories.
• Some remote or regional areas may incur extended delivery times or additional freight charges.
• Oversized or bulky items (such as complete foil setups or large boards) may require specialised freight services and may not be eligible for standard courier delivery.
• Certain delivery services may not be available to PO Boxes or parcel lockers.

Local Pickup

Local pickup from the Sunshine Coast, Queensland, may be available by prior arrangement. Please contact us before ordering if you wish to collect your order.
